How the project coaching program being conducted?

The project coaching being conducted virtually with occasional on-site visit as and when requested by the client. There will be 10 coaching sessions provided to the participants, 2 sessions per phase. The coaching discussion will be focusing on the project deliverables from define phase up to control phase, how to overcome challenges faced by the project leaders, some tips and techniques which are useful in handling challenging situation during the project execution and task plan agreed before the next coaching session.
